There is no evidence whatever to suggest that detention by Chinese of yacht passengers has any connexion with Communist detainees in Hong Kong. Nor is the reference to 11 journalists at all

relevant. Latter were all convicted in open Court of serious crimes connected with the 1967 Communist

disturbances in the Colony and they are now derving their prison sentences.
