capable of causing a lot of trouble.
The sixth is a special
case which is related to the matter of the Communist
Chung Wa School. This school was closed down in November 1967,
and de-registered in August, 1968, because of the participation
of some of its staff and pupils in Communist confrontation
activities.
There have been recent developments in this
context which need to be watched for some time before the
release of this particular detainee can be further considered.
