On the 21st May I am lucky enough to be leaving for a visit to Hong Kong at the invitation of the Government there, primarily in order

since I am on an official visit, I shall be given an opportunity of secing many facets of the Colony's work, but if in the meanwhile there is any briefing material relating to the problems of the area it would indeed be most helpful if your office would kindly send it to me.
