He has just returned from Hong Kong and would like

to come to see you to talk about matters relating

to the Colony. He is, as you know, Chairman of the

Anglo/Hong Kong Group in the House of Commons;

2. Mr. Royle was asking for an appointment later

this week. You will of course be in Luxembourg for the

latter half of the week. If you agree, I will pass

this on to Lord Shepherd.
