Mr. SZETO Wai, O.BE., an Unofficial Member of the Legislative Council is making a visit to England later this month. He will be in London on 19th December for about one month.

Mr. Szeto has asked if he may call on you, and I have given him the usual introductory letter, as well as advising you that he will contact you.

As you are probably aware, Mr. Szeto is also an Unofficial Justice of the Peace, and heads his own architectural firm.
