The Attorney General, Mr. D.T.E. Roberts, 0.B.E., Q.C., who drafted the Bill will be in England during August and, if convenient, proposes to call on the Parliamentary Commissioner and will then be available to discuss at first hand any points which the Office of the Commissioner may wish to raise. It has also been suggested that Mr. R.W. Primrose (currently Clerk of Councils), who has made an earlier study of these proposals and who will be on leave towards the end of the year, might with advantage be attached to the Parliamentary Commissioner's Office for two to three days if the Office is agreeable to the idea. Would you kindly let me know whether or not the se proposed visits by Roberts and Primrose are acceptable.

Encls.

Yours Simuly,

Von licked

(M.D.A. Clinton)
