(d) Mrs. Mliott (possibly supported by Dr. Boll, who is a

Our view is that the Minister must firmly re-state (as Sir Arthur Galsworthy did in a similar situation last May) his view that the Police have ectod

machinery exists in the disciplinary procedures of the

Force and in the Courts to check the misbehaviour of a

fow black sheep.
