Is the Labour Government really lacking itself with any real value Political Designer, as all can be eye- witnesses to the processes your Government with uncertainty, or dilly-dally. There seems nothing that the Labour Govern- ment could take itself with initiatives but only defensives.

The talents and able intellectuals, and those thoughtful personnels, could only be formed into a group of "Bain Trusts", with whose plans or designs or patterns, like that of the Russians, could only be talking into good rulings or conquering.
