16th PARLIAMENTARY COURSE
The 16th Course in Parliamentary Practice and Procedure will take place from Wednesday, 12 April to Tuesday, 9 May and, apart from the programme of lectures in Westminster, will include visits to the Northern Ireland Branch of the Association (30 April to 4 May) and the Isle of Man Branch (4 to 7 May). A copy of the final draft of the programme is attached for your information.
2. Also attached is a copy of the nominal roll as at present known. As you will see, the East Pakistan Branch has yet to reply to the invitation to send a member. Refusals have been received from Australia (Commonwealth), Negri Sembilan, New Zealand, New Brunswick, Papua and New Guinea, St. Lucia and Uganda. The Swaziland Branch also declined the original invitations and explained that the course clashed with their general election.
