Mr. M.A.R. Herries, M.C., J.P., a provisional Unofficial Member of the Legislative Council, is leaving today for London. He plans to stay until about 15th September.
I am inviting him to get into touch with
you during his stay.
As you are probably aware, Mr. Herries is Chairman of Messrs. Jardine, Matheson & Co., Ltd. and either heads or is a member of the Boards of a number of other Companies here. He is also Chairman of the University Grants Committee.
