Commonwealth Parliamentary Association

Parliamentary Course 1968

-

The United Kingdom Branch of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association, in co-operation with the General Council of the Association, organise an annual course in parliamentary practice and procedure for Members of Parliament etc., from independent and dependent territories of the Commonwealth.

2.

On the morning of 11 December, I am to attend a meeting of the Parliamentary Course Sub-Committee and have been asked to offer our departmental views and to assist in the discussion of the allocation of invitations for the 1968 course. As a measure of economy, the number of invitations for places on the course is likely to be reduced from 28 to 24.
