Royal Visits Committee
The attached schedule of proposed royal visits to Commonwealth countries and visits to this country by Commonwealth Heads of State has been prepared for the Committee's meeting on Wednesday 24 May on the basis of the information available at the moment in C.P. & F.
Department.
2.
Departments are asked to examine the schedule and to suggest additions or amendments. It would be helpful if they would also supply short notes on items with which they are concerned, suitable for incorporation in the Permanent Under Secretary's brief for the Royal Visits Committee. Copies of notes provided for the meeting on 21 February for visits which in the event were not / discussed are attached as appropriate for Departments to
bring up to date.
3. I should be grateful if you would let me have your comments on the schedule by Wednesday 10 May and notes for the brief by Monday 15 May.
