A visit by The Queen to Halaysia and Thailand is once more on the programs of Royal Visits, with the year 1968 in mind. I do not know whether the possibility of including in this tour a visit to Hong Kong was mentioned at yesterday's meeting of the Royal Visits Committee, But it will no doubt have to be considered there in due course; in the meantime a reply to the Governor's letter (already long overdue) must be sent. I should be grateful if you weild let me have your views as soon as possible,
