SPECIAL meeting of the Un-
official Members of the Executive and Legislative Councils was held this morn- ing to introduce the visiting Secretary of State for Com- monwealth Affairs. Mr Her- bert Bowden.
The meeting, held in the Legis- lative Council chamber lasted an hour,
Among matters discussed was Britain's possible entry into the European Common Market, and the effects it will have on Hongkong.
