I feel for you that you should have yet

again the task of arranging a Ministerial Visit,

short though this one is to be. For the pronuncia-

tion of "r. Bowden's name, the "Bow" is pronounced

as in "bow-SOU".

I think it is too early to ay that you

will not be seeing me on this trip. This is a

matter we are still considering. If anybody does

come out from the Dependent Territories Division

he will probably arrive direct from London three

or four days in advance of the Commonwealth

Secretary.
