I shall be in London during the week beginning 29th April and should be able to make myself available for any meeting you may arrange with the authorities there during that week. must stress, however, that it will not be possible to kɛep Government's offer open beyond the middle of May unless some clear progress has been made in solving the problem of finance before that date.
