I concluded by saying that while I respected the very correct manner in which they were conducting this business, they should remember that ECGD would only consider matching competing terms if they were given fairly definite proof of what that competition is. I was mildly discouraging about the possibility of your agreeing to their terms.
9. The timetable seems to be going back owing to delays in getting out the necessary legislation. Signature of contract now estimated mid-May.
