Flease refer to Ford's letter to you of the 28th April. he would certainly give our blessing to Ford's suggestion of approaching one of his contacts in the City with a view to bringing together a syndicate of merchant banks and insurance companies to provide a guarantee provided it ret with ECGD's requirements.
