We understand that tenders expire on 28 June and that Costains have offered through Consulting Engineers to keep tender alive for two months on payment of additional £150,000. We further understand that if Costains do not get a letter accepting this offer by 28 June the tender will lapse. Please inform Trade Commissioner.

2. We are still considering the availability of cover and the basis on which this might be given.
