It is thought that invitations should be sent unaccompanied by any offer of financial assistance about fares, but it is almost inevitable that some of the Commonwealth countries may have to be helped. all needed help, the cost could be about £10,000 in total fares. Accommodation in London and Blackpool would be provided by the General Council for them all at a cost of about £5,500.
