A have received on a personal basis a copy of the report prepared by Captain Tennant after his : return to this country from Hong Kong and submitted to the Management Committee of the I.7. F.

know, the recommendation that Majumder should be
posted to Hong Kong to make a special recruitment drive was accepted. If you have any information.
about his activities particularly their success or
otherwise - I should be glad to have them.
