However, in any saving despatch that you are sending to Hong Kong you may wish to mention the noticeably increased activity by the G.I.S. in providing useful material (including Chinese language newspapers) for distribution here and in other places abroad where there are substantial overseas Chinese communities, and to express a hope that this momentum will be maintained and if possible increased in the future.
