I am replying to your letter of 27 December about the proposed goodwill visit to Britain of a delegation from the New Territories Rural Consultative Council.
I discussed this visit with Pat Sedgwick before Christmas and had already made provisional arrangements for the delegation to see Lord Shepherd during the morning of 21 February. If I may say so, we think that the idea of the visit is a good one and we shall be glad to do what we can to assist.
