30. Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of section 11, 12, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, 26, subsection (1) of section 13, subsection (2) of section 16, subsection (1) or (2) of section 20, subsection (1) or (2) of section 21, subsection (1)
of section 23 or subsection (1) of section 25, be guilty of an
offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of five
thousand dollars and to imprisonment for six months.
31.
An employer convicted of an offence under this Ordinance shall, in addition to any penalty imposed under section 30, if the court before which the conviction was obtained so orders, be liable
in to pay any wages, outstanding at the time of the conviction,
relation to which the offence was committed.

32. No fees shall be payable by and no costs excocding fifty dollars shall be ewarded against any employee or his employer in respect of any proceedings, concerning, a contract of service, instituted in the District Court, by or on behalf of either party
against the other party
(a) for the recovery of wages or any other sum alleged to
be due under such contract; or
(b) for the recovery of damages for alleged wrongful
dismissel or wrongful termination of such contract;
Provided that, notwithstanding this section, the court may make such order as to costs as it thinks fit in any case where the court is satisfied that the institution of any such proceedings, or the conduct
of any party thereto, amounts to an abuse of the process
of the court.
33. (1) A prosecution for an offence under this Ordinance may be brought in the narc of the Commissioner, and may be commenced and conducted by any officer of the Labour Department authorized in writing by the Commissioner to do so.
(2) Save as provided in subsection (1), no prosecution for an offence under this Ordinance shall be commenced without the
consent in writing of the Commissioner.
(3) Nothing in this section shall be deemed to derogate from the powers of the Attorney General in relation to the prosecution of criminal offences.
