I am replying to your letter of 15th March, reference HWB 18/6, on various labour matters.
I would like, if this is convenient for you, to discuss these matters briefly with you before I leave London. They can also be discussed in more detail with Hetherington, who will be in London on 13th May following his attendance at the I.L.O. meeting in Geneva. Just possibly, both he and I could be present together at discussions on that day if desired: but this may not in fact turn out to be convenient as regards timing and perhaps we could leave a decision on this until I get home.
On the question of staff, Price and Bennett have both accepted further contracts as Assistant Commissioners.
