receive part of the training in Britain from H.M. Factory Inspectorate
and in general the aim of the Hong Kong Factory Inspectorate is to
enforce in Hong Kong similar standards of safety, health and welfare
as are enforced in Britain, duc allowance being made for climatic
and other conditions.
