ext 218) of Overseas Dept of Mimitoy of labour who is dealing with the PQ

He sand that while only alcout 8 countri; had ralified the Hlevant ILC Conventions, they all had to Submit Annual reporti to tho indicating what progred they had madi towards observing the objectives laid down by 120. Overtime was one of the Lobby miner matters on which all the countries hard to report, so that the "information requised by Mr Thornton could be oblanied from 120, but it would involve someone going through
all the returns Submilled & ILO Since 120 did not automatically publish the information reported to them James said his Ministry was considering with the F.O. whether they ought to search out the information at 1 Lo Ha. Their induation was to reply
