Dear Mrs. Hart,

I am enc

enclosing a copy of a letter which I have today written to the 'Sunday Times', because I have mentioned you and what you have written to me.

I have also spoken to Mr. Foggon who again assures me that steps are now being taken that will satisfy my modest demands, but, because of the extreme delay in my receiving replies from both yourself and Mr. Bowden, I am now adopting a position of doing my duty without being restrained by other considerations.

It is only fair that I should also inform you that one of the next steps that I shall take is to inform Members of Parliament of ALL PARTIES of the situation as it is known to me, unless of course, the assurances that Mr. Foggon has repeated given to my can be communicated in writing.

Yours sincerely,

Beenhalg

General Secretary
