My second suggestion is that the labour Department should use its good offices in either persunding or compelling the ouployers to adopt a more co-operative attitude with the right wing uniona, and at the name time, trying to porsuade the individul right wing unions to a mountinte upon industrial hattur,

leaving political ismmon to the : ti nel Trade Union Contré (HKTUC).

In the very near future it is my intention to solicit the angistance of the International Lebour Office to try to obtain some improvement in the working hours of women and young pero ms in 11 ingkong.
