Working Hours (Asian Countries) Mr. Thornton asked the Minister of Labour if he will list the Asian countries who have notified the International Labour Organisation of legal permitted maximum working hours for women and young persons equal to or in excess of those legally permitted in Hong Kong. Mr. Fernyhough: The authorities on Formosa.
Nine Asian countries in membership of the I.L.O. have reported no legislation on this subject.
