I am enclosing correspondence in connection with a firm "Oriental Domesties"

I am informed that there are oases whero immigrants who have arrived in this country fron Hong-Kong with their fare paid by their prospective employers, have failed to take up their agreed employmont. From the enclosed it seems that there must be some way of dealing with this apparent breach of contract, and I shall be glad to have your views. If the matter is not done for you, perhaps you would pass it on,
