not be able to prepare a 'Note for Counsel' until judgement has been studied, would you please inform Messrs. Russells that the case will be concerned primarily with constitutional law. Briefly, the Appeal will be concerned with the same issues as were before the Full Court here: namely, whether the Court has jurisdiction to grant reliefs, by way of declarations and injunctions, to restrain the Legislative Council from passing a Bill; and secondly, whether the plaintiffs have any cause of action, assuming that the Court does have jurisdiction. the defendants' purposes in the Full Court it was not necessary, nor did they, argue any points of copyright law.
