Petition
1. Your petitioner is a Chinese citizen in Hongkong. But it's opinion is represented the public wishes, especially the wishes of overwhelming majority of the loyal and peace-loving Chinese citizens in Hongkong.
2. Your petitioner's opinion is that the Public Order Ordinance enacted in November 15 1967 in Hongkong suited the Hongkong conditions, so that all the loyal and peace-loving citizens will secure
from harm.

3. The Reform Club in Hongkong said comprises only small number of members, and its opinion represents not more than 40.000 individuals' wishes, including about 20,000 Reds in Hongkong.
4. Your petitioner plays that you will advise Her Majesty the Queen to allow this present Public Order
Ordinance.
