ROAD TRAFFIC (AMENDMENT) (NO. 3)
with the matters regulated by any such international agreement;
(b) the extension of any privilege conferred by the regulations to persons resident outside the Colony who are temporarily in the Colony but are not entitled thereto by vir- tue of any such international agreement, or in respect of vehicles brought temporarily into the Colony by such persons, being per- sons or vehicles satisfying such conditions as may be specified in the regulations; and (c) the payment in respect of such documents as are mentioned in paragraph (a) of sub- section (1) of such fees as appear to the Governor in Council to be appropriate having regard to any service performed in connexion therewith under the regulations.".
This printed impression has been carefully compared by me with the Bill which passed the Legislative Council on the 15th day of November, 1967, and is found by me to be a true and correctly printed copy of the said Bill.
