machinery or structure shall be guilty of an offence and shall be

liable

(a) on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for

fourteen years; and

(b)

on summary conviction, to imprisonment for seven years.

(2) A person may be convicted of an offence under this

section whether or not he has been charged with or convicted of

any other offence under this Part.

21. (1) Any person taking part in a riot who unlawfully

damages any of the things specified in section 20 shall be guilty

of an offence and shall be liable

--

(a) on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for ten

years; and

(b)

on summary conviction, to imprisonment for five years.

(2) A person may be convicted of an offence under this

section whether or not he has been charged with or convicted of

any other offence under this Part.

Riotously preventing the sailing of ship, aircraft or train.

22.

(1) Any person taking part in a riot who unlawfully

and with force prevents, hinders or obstructs, or attempts to

prevent, hinder or obstruct, the loading or unloading, or the

unlawfully and with force boards, or attempts to board, any

motor vehicle, aircraft, train or vessel with intent to do so,

shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary
