reasonably to fear that any of the persons in such assembly or

gathering may commit à breach of the peace, or which is likely to

or might provoke other persons to commit a breach of the peace,

the assembly or gathering shall be an unlawful assembly.

(2) Any person taking part in or forming part of or joining

an unlawful assembly shall be guilty of the offence of unlawful

assembly and shall be liable
