Regulations, in that you between the 1st and 30th September, 1961,
did receive from HON Pik Kwong the sum of nine hundred dollars
Hong Kong currency, and a further amount of Hong Kong dollars being the equivalent of two hundred dollars United States of America currency, without the consent of the Commissioner of Police.
CHU Leung, you are charged that you, being a member of the Special Branch of the Hong Kong Police Force, did disobey Police Regulations, in that you, on or about October 1961, did solicit
from HON Pik Kwong, the sum of two thousand dollars Hong Kong currency, without the consent of the Commissioner of Police.
