I know a man

1960 from Taiwan. He was sent here to do intelligence work against

mainland China. He asked me to assist him. When he asked me to

help him I said it was very difficult to do intelligence work, but I

could not refuse him because we had been friends for more than 30

years. My work involved writing out intelligence reports and

despatching them to Taiwan, receiving instructions from Taiwan about

intelligence work concerning

letters to

contacts in China.

I know a man called CHU Leung. I met him at the Ying King Restaurant (identified accused) some time in August 1961. Present

at the meeting apart from myself were CHU Leung,
