Q.
A.
For the purpose of obtaining information from him to obtain
protection from arrest.
Did you get any information from him which resulted in K.M.T.
workers avoiding arrest?
No, and I don't know of anyone else who did either.
But you have already said you have received intelligence
reports from S/Sgt. CHU Leung, what were they about?
The reports were concerned with the investigation, surveillance,
and possible arrest of K.M.T. agents in Hong Kong.
K.M.T. workers are afraid of S/Sgt. CHU Leung. Is it possible therefore that they would be glad to have S/Sgt. CHU Leung
removed from his job?
I do not know the feelings of other K.M.T. agents. I only
know that Mr. X said that CHU Leung could be made use of for
protection.
I put it to you that your evidence is a lot of lies given with a view to getting S/Sgt. CHU Leung removed from office?
No, I am merely telling the truth. There is no bad feelings at all between S/Sgt. CHU Leung and myself.
