On the 8th September, 1966 I wrote to Fred Lee about the above-mentioned Chu Leung, a former detective sergeant in the Hong Kong police. Despite repeated reminers to his office and to that of his successor, I am still waiting for a considered reply. Since, presumably, the case was well documented, I find it difficult to believe that this is being given the attention which an enquiry of this nature deserves.

I would be most grateful if you could ensure that I receive the reply within the next week or two.
