I have held one meeting of the Hong Kong Information Group, at which wecovered a good deal of ground, as a result of which I have just sent you a submission covering various drafts. There is probably no need for the Group to meet again in the near future.
I shall be away on leave during August and, in my absence, Mr. Littlejohn - Cook, Head of J.I. P.G.D., has consented to preside over the Group.
2. The Secretary of the Group, Mr. Colin Wilson, is at present on leave. In his absence, his work as Secretary is being carried out by Miss Kathleen Draycott of the China Section of J.I.R.D.
