Internal Security Situation

Further to paragraph 2 of Dr Harte's letter of 29th February, I can now let you know that the Navy Department have not incurred any extra costs in respect of ship movements connected with the reinforcement of the garrison. I believe the Air Force Department intend to let you know direct of any extra costs which they seek to recover.

We would be grateful for an early reply, please, to our letter of 29th February.
