Until our withdrawal from Singapore, two MCV's will rotate from Singapore, but from the mid 70's it has been assumed (1) that 5 MCMV's will be premanently based in Hong Kong. An escort will continue to be provided from the naval forces assumed (1) to be available in the Far East."
