Theatre Plan and submit it to us for anproval.
4. Your paragraph 220. We do not agree that, at this jungture, any
planning should be put in hand for the withdrawal of Service families.
If this were to be done there could well be a leak of information, which
would adversely affect the maintainence of confidence, which is the key
to the problem in Hong Kong. We do not consider that there would be any
evacuation of Sonvice families from Hong Kong excent undar senditions
of an emergency evacuation. Furthermore there are many other families
to be considered.
