In summary,

cur conclusions and recommendations are as follows:

In the context of a forcod evacuation

(4) On the commercial policy front in the context of an evacuation,

whilo inmediato action would not be essential, it would probably

bo nooded within a fow wooks at most (paragraph 10 abovo).
