The Long Term Costing carried out following the Defence Review showed a total Defence Budget in 1970-71 of £2350 million (£2100 million at 1964 prices). Within this total, foreign exchange stationing costs in the various theatres are now estimated as set out as follows 1967-68 figures are given for comparison in brackets
