from the H.K. Special Committee on Higher Education to H.E.

the Governor and I now enclose two copies of this.

I shaal be in London and relatively free from 19

to 23 August and again from 9 September to 20 September

and if there is anything I can provide in the way of in-

formation I shall be glad to do so.
