My telegram No. M.695 of 29th December 1966 refers.
Export of Cotton Woven Shirts to the Benelux.
Consuls-General have acknowledged receipt of letter and annex dated 28th December 1966 and have been instructed to inform us that the Benelux Governments have taken note of the contents.
2. We accept the amendment suggested in your telegram No.27 of 3rd January to the second paragraph of the proposed note from the British Mission to the GATT Secretariat with a full stop after 25th November 1966 and should be grateful if you would now clear the text with the Belgian Government.
3. If there are no further amendments you may then request the British Mission in Geneva on our behalf to present the note, which should issue as an addition to COT/63 before the Cotton Textiles Committee is reconvened.
