Benelux Textiles.

During his recent visit to The Hague, Porter obtained the following information:

Dutch Government has not issued notice announcing import restrictions. Trade is, therefore, unaware of restraint request. Issue of import licences continues but will cease when quantity equivalent to one sixth of rollback figure calculated on imports up to 15 May has been reached. Regard is being had to importers' past performance when issuing individual licences but as no quote calculations have been made this is a very rough and ready procedure.
