I have the honour to refer to the Aide-Memoire

submitted by the Belgian and Netherlands Embassies dated 17th May, regarding the import into Benelux countries of certain classes of textiles from Hong

Kong.

My Government associates itself with the Benelux countries in the representations made and I am accordingly instructed to transmit herewith on behalf of my Government a memorandum similar to that submitted on behalf of the Belgian and Netherlands Goverments.
